Ethernet card not working

So couple days ago I built my first gaming PC. Everything works great but the Ethernet.

1 My WiFi works so there go, not my internet. 

2 Ethernet cable works on my laptop so not a cable issue. 

3 All windows updates and drivers are up to date 

4 Under device manager “this card cannot start” code 10. 

 

Ive google and  YouTube this error but nothing seems to work. Thoughts?

Did you install the drivers from Windows Update or the latest from the motherboard vendor's website?

I went to asus website downloaded LAN. Still nothing. Also tried installing an older driver. Still error

Are you sure it didn't get disabled in the BIOS?
