Hi, I wanted to know if its safe to clean my laptop fans myself or I should make it checked by a specialist. I understand PC components so far and how things works but I never did a manipulation on any PC whatsoever because I am always scared I could break something in some way or another. I would like to know if its possible to someone who never did manipulations on a PC to clean CPU fans or I should let an expert doing it. Sorry if my English is bad or something, I am french Canadian.

If it's still under warranty - email MSI - they're quite awful to deal with if you open the device yourself.

If it's not - I'd take a look at a tutorial on youtube and decide for yourself - it's one of the easier models to work on, as long as you have a can of compressed air or a vaccuum cleaner that can blow air out rather than suck in (some have a setting), you could try. There is always a risk, however. But as long as you don't twist or pull on the heatpipes or drill holes in it, it should be fine.
