Hi I just built my system yesterday and it runs BIOS but my windows installation keeps crashing as when ever I turn it on my pc it restarts 3/5 times then finaly holds power I've checked all my power cables and reinstall all of them to see if I hadn't fully connected them.

The only two things I could think are wrong is the psu is not preforming as advertised or my outlets cant handle the power need to start the system properly.

Here is my build. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Is there other high current devices plugged into the same circuit (like appliances or other PCs)?
I would also try another Power supply if possible or try removing the GPU and using the video out on the motherboard.

why no dark mode?
