After battling with tiny budget I settle with i5-3470 and RX 580. Much to my dismay I can barely play 1080p on Medium setting. Do I over-estimate my RX 580?

Monster Hunter World, 1080p on Med setting. Scene on hunter quarter still dipped below 30 fps. Scene during hunting is fine tho.

Ride 2, 1080p on Med preset. Certain track like Isle of Man suffer is not consistent 60 fps.

I've looked my CPU turbo 3,8 Ghz on 70c. GPU usage is 100%. I thought RX 580 should play 1080p on Ultra.

Monster Hunter: World is quite a demanding game, even paired with a i9-9900K I recall the RX 580 averaging around 45 fps on ultra. Maybe you could crank up some settings and still see no or negligible loss of performance due to a CPU bottleneck, especially in some situations like being surrounded by NPCs. I don't know about Ride 2 though

Averaging 45 is already unplayable by my standard.

Btw, thanks for the info. MHW is kinda hard to find on benchmark.
