Blender (awesome and free) 

But you probably want some CAD software like AutoCAD (can be very expensive). 

I don't know what exactly you plan on doing but if it's just hobby or a home project, I would just recommend to stick with Blender 2.8

Yeah, IIRC they do this. :)

 

"Solid Edge" also has a free educational/hobby version.
