sometimes when i logon to windows my screen flashes green or purple really quick then logs in do ihave anything to worry about ?

no clue i have never even used my onboard graphics

It's either a driver error or your graphics card becoming unstable, have you overclocked it at all?

Might be worth it to double check.

It's not uncommon for a green/pink flash between loading and the log in screen. Especially with AMD cards.

I  have a gtx 1060 3g

Seen it on Nvidia cards as well.

 

If it bothers you, you can boot to safe mode, run DDU and re-install the GPU drivers to see if it resolves.

 

From what i've seen in the past it has no bearing on the condition of the GPU.
