Is okay I got it working again. I just need to trigger Automatic Diagnostic 

When I install Asus AI charger, all my USB ports got disabled upon loading up windows. This did not happened before. How do I fix it??

Uninstall it?

If you can't boot into safe mode and uninstall then.
