Well it would plenty much, if you can, then r3 1200 + b350 + 8gb ddr4 3000mhz is only about 120-140$, and would be much better.

 

But if you don't want to upgrade then technically you should be able to play some games.

This is irrelevant...

Your cpu is old and slow and it will hold back any modern graphics card by a stupid amount in games.
