Noctuas are £12.50 and Arctics are more like £4.50

Not everyone reviews Arctics but I have their P14s and I think they are excellent

I just need to replace my final 120mm fan, the CPU exhaust at the rear of the case.

If you like the P14's, then the P12's should also be fine since they're similar. NF-P12's would perform better though mainly due to the higher number or fan blades.

What case are you using?

The case is a Corsair 330R Windowed.

Is the NF-P12 worth double/triple a P12 tho?

The rear mesh isn't very restrictive so the extreme design of the Arctic P12's probably aren't optimal. If you want a cheaper fan, a Slipstream would be better: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Scythe-slip-stream-fan-1600/dp/B000W7QIES/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=scythe+120mm&qid=1564528007&s=gateway&sr=8-1

The NF-P12 isn't particular expensive though and I'd recommend it for its record for longevity and great performance.
