I just double checked my scan locations and I didn't set anything for if to scan outside of the defaults and it still picked up everything on the other drives including overwatch, so the only thing I can suggest that you do is to remove the new location that you put in and try again.

If you have the Blizzard launcher in that Programs & Games directory, then just add that directory (I mean the programs and games directory and not the specific directory the launcher is installed in) to the list of scan locations (I'm clutching at straws here since while the games are not installed on the same drive the OS is installed on, the launchers and store apps are which might be what GFE is checking).
