Help me upgrade my CPU

I'm new to building/upgrading PCs and I've been thinking about upgrading my CPU. I just don't know which ones I can upgrade to.

My motherboard is a GIGABYTE GA-AB350M-DS3H and my CPU is a Ryzen 3 2200G.

You should be able to go Ryzen 5 higher model.  It will help things, and just like badreg said what GPU you got ?  For monitor I bet he has a 60hz and what not.

Just a suggestion also make sure all your voltage is correct on cpu and ram in the bois.

I dont if they fix that bug yet.

I have a Strix Radeon RX 570 O4G Gaming OC Edition. Not sure if that needs upgrading. My CPU is what I sometimes see at 100% utilization under load.

I have a Sceptre 24" 75Hz monitor.

Since I have a 2000, does the CPU I choose also have to be a 2000 series? For example a Ryzen 5 2600X?

Looks like your motherboard supports the new Ryzen CPU's as well, but it's VRM doesn't look very sturdy. I think Ryzen 5 3600 would be a reasonable upgrade, it only requires you to update your BIOS.
