Its the theme for a show called X Files 

if youre asking about the other sound, dont know but i am guessing its a teenage child who hit their toe

It's the Roblox death sound and people use it all the time for all sorts of shit. I dislike it being used ever, especially when people say "big oof". Really jingles my jangles.
