on the bottom left where it says "Performance log", "Frame Rate Target", under that it says "Profiles". Click on that after you set your settings and click on which ever one you want to assign it to.

Whenever I shut down and restart my computer, my settings default so I have to redo the clocks and stuff every time! please help!

Do you have them saved to a profile?

Can't save the setting?

This sounds like a BIOS related issue, you my need to replace your Motherboards' BIOS battery.

ON A 7 MONTH BREAK FROM THESE LTT FORUMS. WILL BE BACK ON NOVEMBER 5th.

Well not 100% wrong! I have seen computers loose settings if the Motherboards' BIOS battery was going flat.
