From that build I think you want the cheapest you can get. Whatever X470 with SLI that is the cheapest on NewEgg is my guess. Also I dont think this is the correct forum section.

im not going for the cheapest im going for fairly nice like comparable to if i ran a i7-8700 for the new cpu im installing

I do not prefer x570 yet, too costly for $200 cpu.

any x470 will do

eg. GIGABYTE X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING for cheap 

it should match your red ram good.

 

stock stealth cooler is good enough, its okay if you want to add a $30 cooler for 10~15C cooler
