does anyone know if it comes with an 8 + 6pin connector need it for my rx5700xt later on when 3rd party models come

The VS650 does have two 6+2pin connectors, but if you're looking to buy the PSU you should buy a better quality instead. As @goto10 mentioned the VS is the low end budget PSUs from Corsair.
Group regulated design with a low 30C temp rating, not something I would recommend with a high power draw graphics card like a RX5700 XT.

Corsair website does mention the PCIe connectors.

Though it looks like the SATA Connector count is wrong, so ignore that. I believe that should be 6! Tom's hardware review confirms 6 connectors https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/corsair-vs650-psu,6017.html

@Corsair Nick Found another error in the PSU tech specs on the Corsair website. Corsair VS650 is showing the wrong SATA connector count.

Additionally;

  • The RM750x (2018) is still showing the wrong EPS12V connector count (shows 1, should be 2)
  • The TX550M is still showing the wrong PCIe connector count (shows 4, should be 2)

CX500 is the older CX series, also kinda crappy. Like the Corsair VS grey label the CX500 with a green label is a group regulated PSU with a 30C temp rating and a sleeve bearing fan.

The new CX550 with the grey label is okay, but it shares no similarities with the CX series PSU you have other than the name.

Please don't consider the vs lineup, it's not good quality, and you especially don't want to consider it when you're dealing with wattages as high as 650

@ImAyaanKhan what about a tx 650 series?

The corsair TX650M is good. Much, much better than the VS series.

It has the required power connectors for your graphics card and wild be suitable for your build.
