Depending on the CPU though, Prime 95, Intel Burn Test, or AIDA 64

If it is haswell-> Aida64, any other CPU-> Prime95

I assume you have a fairly new CPU. Prime 95, Aida64 and intel burn test are fantastic.

I've always found prime95 to be the best imo. Others should work though

yes i overclock my cpu so i want to see if it is stable or not
