New build

Gigabyte aurus B450 pro wifi

Ryzen 5 1600

The Red vga light  comes on. No display

Tried 3 different graphics cards

Red Devil rx 580

Gt 730

Gt 9500

Tried all three card in 2 different slots.

Pulled cmos battery

Made sure all cpu power and mobo power connectors were secure.

I'm guessing bad mobo. Any other guesses?

What red VGA light? I assume there is a light on the mobo saying "yes this is plugged in"?

If so, its possible there is a bad CPU seat. I sorta doubt it, but it would be something to try. Try to remove and re-install the CPU, as may help.

Also, I assume you get no output at all? If so, can you get video on the integrated plugs instead? If so, can you at least get into the BIOS and see if you can see any reason for it to not be working, or just in general what the BIOS has to say?

VGA light on the motherboard. There are 4 lights. CPU, ram, vga, and boot. The vga light is red

Ryzen 5 1600 so no IGPU

No output at all

O, that sux you don’t have I GPU. Hmm. I would try to re-seat cpu, and then it could either be mobo or CPU, likely mobo tho.
