Im considering buying the build in my signature sometime in 2014, but I'm still a bit unsure about the CPU cooler I should buy.

Keep in mind that I'm getting the 350D, so the clearance is maximum 160mm for tower coolers.

Im thinking of lightly overclocking the 4670K to like 4.2jiggahz.

Budget? I used a 212 EVO but it's not even necessary since I have yet to overclock my 4670k

Do you have a budget? Are you more concerned with performance or quietness?

I'd like to keep it around the price range of the Antec Kuhler 1220. I'm from Norway so prices differ for me and you, but around that... lol

I have an overclocking log of an Intel Core i5-4760k at the bottom of my build-log using a Noctua NH-U12P SE2 for cooling. Sadly, I got a fairly bad CPU and am not willing to risk it by replacing Intel's thermal paste, yet.

I'd suggest the 212 Evo. It should be plenty for 4.2 ghz.
