Trouble with Steam In-Home Streaming

I'm logged into a remote desktop session on my desktop  (in order to launch Steam). But when I sign into Steam on my laptop (on the same network) no option to stream appears on a game page.

I assume all the necessary ports are allowed on server and client? And have you enabled steam in home streaming in server machine?

It used to work (a long time ago), and I haven't changed anything since. 

 

The only setting I can find that sounds relevant is 'enable remote play' in 'remote play'.
