Help identifying a CPU.

I bought 9900K from this store called CeX. Seems like they've been scammed and so was I in the process. Thank God for 14 day return policy.

 

I compared the images of the "9900k" I received vs pictures online (as I didn't want to undo my custom loop to get to my 2nd one that's in use) and there's clear differences. 

 

Could someone help me find out what this CPU is? Cheers.

Those three blue capacitors on the left side are higher than two large ones on the right. It doesn't match so it can't be. It's missing a lot of them by design, so I'm suspecting it's one of the cheapest Pentium CPUs. G something.

People don't like taking glam shots of Pentium CPUs unfortunately, hard to find the rear of those.

Although it bares quite the resemblance to a 700k

I already found it. It's G4500 OEM CPU. 

Literally someone took the IHS off both, and stuck 9900K IHS on it and sold it as it. Thank God I can return it.
