Remove ENG Language Menu in Taskbar

Hi, I'd like to remove the ENG Language Menu in my Taskbar.

If I click it I see two English options

I'm not sure if that's relevant.

 

I'm running Windows 1903 (18362.207).

 

I've searched for stuff online but the results point to menus that don't exist in my verison of Windows.

 

Just wondering if anyone knows how I can remove it?

Ive found a way to do that is remove all but 1 language.
(In the attached picture you can see where that is, press windows key then type language and language settings should be the first option)
