Ryzen 5 1600 overclock question

Hello,

 

i pretty much see my cpu go as high as 3.8ghz

 

 

and sits around 40*C

is it okay to putt all cores at 3.8 ghz?

i have b350 asus prime plus mother board & 1050ti

and some one can guide me to a overclocking tut ?

i am pretty zero at bios settings.

btw. all i do is just browsing and play dota2.

Yeah, try something like 3.8 Ghz on all cores with 1.35v..1.4v voltage. If you're lucky 3.85-3.9 Ghz could work. From memory, the absolute maximum you should use is 1.425v but I'd say if you have to use more than 1.4v there's no point abusing the cpu.
