Cpu and gpu drop until I tab out

This starts to happen whenever my pc is on for over a day
Every 2-3 seconds, I get both cpu and gpu usage drop, no idea why....
Nothing is thermal throttling, my gpu usually runs ta 60-70, while my gpu doesnt go above 55 celcius
I dont know what to do, this just started randomly last month... Help

Check your processes. Sounds like a mem leak to me.

I checked my mem for errors few days ago, windows didnt found any (?)

Mem leaks are programs that are taking up more than they are supposed to. I once found a chrome tab using 20GB. The memory itself isn't the issue, just a rogue process is.

I did some search on memory leak, and nope I dont think thats the problem  : x
