Windows update bricked my computer

I have been putting off installing update 1903 but when I came home last night to this screen. As for troubleshooting I rebooted the system and got no where then I wnet into the uefi to see if it was recognizing  my os drive and it was. Next I used my windows boot media to try to troubleshoot but still no result, finally I tried to do a fresh install but couldn't delete the exiating partitions. This is where I'm at now, no working computer HELP PLEASE

why can't you delete the partitions in th einstaller? What error? Try using disk part. 

 

This seems like a bad drive.

Yup tried cleaning the the ssd using diskpart. Thats what I was thinking a bad drive this all happened when it tried to update

Try switching the SATA cable and port as well if possible. Make sure everything is snug.

It was an m.2 ssd I switched it out and am back up and running
