Swap out the 2600 for a 3600 on the 7th and you look good to go. Probably won't need that cooler though.

 

Also, just so you know, that cooler on the 1660ti is a jet engine

Depends on what you plan on doing.  You can always buy a cooler later down the road if the stock doesn't meet your needs.
