USB Amplifier?

Hello everyone, 

I'm a beginner when it comes to audio hardware, so I'm asking what would be a good USB amplifier that I could plug in to my PC? (also using DC power of course) My budget is around 50-70 euros for the AMP.

Also the sites that I would order it from are Amazon.de or Thomann.de

The headphones that I would use it with, would be the Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro (250 ohm)
