Hi! I have exactly $20 to spend on Steam. Any game reccomendations?

One of my favorite Steam games is Duck Game. Highly modify-able. It’s really fun to play with friends! And it has full controller support.

I got a ps5 and a pc pretty ballin

Since I don't really know what your preference is on games, I am going to recommend Subnautica. Great game, and so pretty. I personally loved the gameplay and how scary and intense it could be at times.

I like working, playing videos games and listening to music. In my spare time I also love to read books. 

 

Always willing to learn new tech and improve my knowledge.

That could land you dozens of older AAA games, dozens of indie titles or a few newer games. As @Cvet76 and @Avionon mentioned, we need to know more about your background with games. The types of games you already enjoy and the types of games you're not exactly into.
