So, My NZXT S340 is starting to not fit my needs anymore. It looks old and plain with a scratched up side window. Whats a good case that has Vertical Mount GPU, That rubber cable cover thing. ( forget what its called lmao ) And has Tempered glass. Thanks

P350X. It doesn't have rubber cover for cable cutouts, but they're position in way that you cannot see them anyway.

You got a pretty powerful system there, so I'm gonna recommend a $70 case with a good mesh front to help keep that 2080 of yours cool

Now since your GPU is an air cooled card I would not recommend you use a native PCi-E vertcal mount found imn some cases, because they put the GPU far too close to the side oanel which chokes the card of air. I would instead, suggest looking into a third party bracket which uses your 7 PCI-E slots to make a vertical slot for your GPU. Cablemod, Coolerrmaster and many other brands have their own.

I see the front doesn't look like it has good airflow for Fans. Will this affect the airflow without that front mesh?

That mesh is the best for airflow. If your talking about the front, It lets all the air in and helps filter dust
