Can’t you daisy chain the 2 fans on your cooler and than plug the end in.

What motherboard and cooler are you using? Are there any other unused fan headers on the motherboard?

You can power the fans off of any headers. Depending on your motherboard, it may have more limited controls and different presets.

That cooler comes with Y-splitter. It depends on the Mobo if headers matter. But on most current gen boards they don't matter. All should be full PWM support.
