Help. Windows is doing a weird thing.

I went to plug in a second monitor and my primary monitor stopped recognizing my PC as a source. So I restarted and now windows is in this strange mode where (I think) it thinks my PC is a touchscreen device. There's an option for touch keyboard and I can't move windows around on the desktop. It behaves in weird ways and I can barely navigate it. I don't know how to revert to it's previous mode. Unplugging the second monitor and restarting hasn't helped.

you have entered tablet mode. Hit the notification thing, and click the tablet mode button to turn it off. You can then go into windows settings and disable it completely, or just head directly there if the toggle doesn't come up in the quick actions
