Windows 10 LTSB touchscreen cleaning

I am looking for an App or windows shortcut for disabling the touchscreen for 30 seconds so it can be cleaned without it going bonkers.

You would think there would be an option, but no. I can disable the screen by turning of the input device ofcourse. But i just want the 30 seconds

 

Googling just turns up pages on how to disable the input device in the device manager.

Scripting would be possible, but i was wondering if there is a "cleaner" solution for this. Pref an App that blanks the screen with the seconds counting down.

 

This is for an inwall PC with windows 10 LTSB and a standard HID touchscreen device.

 

Edit: As a note, the apps i run on it have a "clean screen" mode but that just applies to the app itself. Not all the windows 10 touch like swiping from the right/left

There is no way to turn on the system without switching the breaker off and on again. Since its an inwall PC is has no buttons.

Being used for domotica visualization / camera viewer / intercom.

I realized that and amended that in my 2nd post.
