Is this motherboard compatible with zen 2

I am going to buy the Ryzen 5 3600 when it comes out but before I buy the mobo I need to know if it is compatible with zen 2 as it is the the best cheap one I could find

As far is i am aware Zen 2 is backwards compatible. Though i remember MSI stating they would not recommend it. that had to do with higher end chips tho like Ryzen 9 and not the lower end chips. Asus on the otherhand were like: Sure, it will work. But i still recommend asking the manufacturer just to be sure if i were you.

It should be, but it most likely requires a bios update, and i can't find any support for bios flashing with no cpu on that motherboard, so that means you either need amd bootkit, an older ryzen, or your computer shop to update the bios before using it.
