Get static pressure since that case has moderately restricted airflow from the front

yo,

 need some quick advice here, so i need 2 new fans for my phanteks enthoo luxe case , i will put them in the front soooo what should i buy:

Cooler master masterfan pro 140 air flow or Arctic bionix gamer p140 ?

the masterfan pro 140 air flow is 106 CFM and 2.1 mmH2O.

the Arctic bionix gamer p140 is 77.6 CFM and 2.85 mm H2O.

i dont care about noise.

I know nothing about Arctic fans. Seems fine. Better check reviews though.
