Need recommendation for 2 work laptops

Hey guys I need some laptop recommendations,

I need two laptops both with relatively long battery life and somewhat durable as they will be going to Africa and under 1k each:

 

1 - An accounting laptop with network Jack and a large screen, 8gb ram or more. Long battery life so it works during power outages and easy to take apart or something to maintain for the large amount of dust.

 

2- A laptop to monitor security cameras, vehicle tracking and some mechanic work. Must also have a long battery life, 8gb ram or more, networking jack but the screen can be 15 inches not.more. Maybe a bit stronger graphics card.

 

The more rugged the laptops are the better but I'm trying to spend under 1k each.

 

I have all the sources to buy the laptops here in the US, so Amazon, Walmart etc.

I'd say a Thinkpad E595 would work great for both of those tasks. If you want a better screen just up the price by $30 for the 1080p panel. Both are under $600 in there stock configuration.
