A Fairly Odd issue.

Hey, I do have a odd issue. Asus z390-i Board, using on-board RGB Controller, The Regular Leds in case works fine. But the Leds on the water cooler is addressable. but I can never get them to match color. Still using the ASROCK RGB Sync program with the computer. If I change the color in the program to blue, it goes to green. green to red.. etc. It never matches the color that I want it to be. What am I doing wrong?? btw Fresh clean install of windows 10 with updated drivers.

 

Any Help would be  appreciated.

how many rgb headers does the motherboard have? If it has a 2nd header, i'd suggest plugging the cooler into that 2nd header instead of the rgb controller

Why are you using ASRock software with an Asus board?

@SenpaiKaplan its the software that came with the PC.  and @Derrk I looked into the case, It looks like that the water cooled RGB is setting in the only addressable slot on the board.

I have tried to install the arura sync software and wont work at all

but @Derrk to answer your question it has 1 Addressable slot, and 5 non Addressable slots.

The motherboard is the RGB Controller, and its plugged in directly to it. I cant plug in a 3 pin into a 4 pin slot.

I don't know it still works just wrong color. I guess I'll just have to suck it up.. so to speak.
