Are these compatible and will they be too loud or not loud at all?

  • I am installing a new sound system into my 2007 Ford F-150 extended cab.
  • I am familiar with home audio solutions, but the car audio seems to be different in a lot of ways.
  • Please help me with this system and see if the components are compatible and if they will work well together.
  • Recommendations on things that I need to change to make the system better and/or save money are what I am looking for.
  • Also is this overkill for a single cab pickup truck?

My max budget overall is $400.

That would be 100% fine, but i would get a 2 gauge wiring kit if you're doing over 8-10ft runs.

Main speaker setup is now;

 

Mini DSP SHD Studio -> 2x Mola Mola Tambaqui DAC's (fed by AES/EBU, one feeds the left sub and main, the other feeds the right side) -> 2x Neumann KH420 + 2x Neumann KH870

 

(Having a totally seperate DAC for each channel is game changing for sound quality)
