Front panel fan header

I am picking a motherboard for my new build and I was making sure I had enough fan headers. It says it has 2x front panel fan headers. Is there a difference between front panel headers and system headers for fans?

yeah not sure what front header means for fans,thats an odd term,but here is a link that can explain those things better than i can.
