Let's go back and look at what you tried to troubleshoot this the first time.  Give me a sec.

Alrighty I updated my BIOs, and I'm still no better off for OCing, and I still can't get my ram to anything over 2133. :/ no matter what my voltage is set to.

Did that fix your hardware reserved problem?

@nick name No all of my problems still persist. For some reason my GPU has reserved VRAM? but I have a dedicated GPU. there shouldn't be a way to set VRAM like that should there?

Yeah, I don't think integrated graphics would reserve that much RAM anyway.  So I'm not sure what is causing it and I've seen several posts on it lately but none that were resolved.  The only things I can think of is perhaps a bad RAM slot/CPU or if you run msconfig it might be limited in Boot > Advanced Options > Maximum Memory.  When I mention CPU I mean perhaps a damaged pin.

Oof.  That makes me think it is hardware related.  Can you pull the stick in B2 and leave a stick in A2 and see what that does?  If it does nothing then pull the stick from A2 with a stick in B2 alone.  We are trying to rule out a bad slot with these steps.

And I can't remember the posts, but they were recent so you can probably find them by looking through older posts.  I recall that one solved their problem with a BIOS update, but that didn't help you.

@nick name Hey Nick I might have found the problem and it might help you if you can find those other posts to help them out, get them to check out their RAM compatibility. I just looked and my part number for my RAM isn't supported by my motherboard.

Honestly, 3200CL16 RAM is usually a safe bet.  It not being on the QVL is usually just a sign they didn't test it, but perhaps in this case it is that they couldn't get it to run.

Did you ever tests the slots individually?
