yes i can get sound only to me but not in youtube live

Sorry, I know I had this problem a couple years ago but it was just me having selected the wrong device

Check to make sure the sound device matches what windows is outputting sound to. 

Also, Make sure your mixer in OBS is unmuted and receiving audio. 

Do other audio devices work such as microphones?

where will i select my headphone audio in obs ? but i can hear sound not in live stream

Make sure these devices match.

After that, you should see activity in the Colored bars at the bottom of the main OBS window.
