new pc problem

Hey guys, just built new pc, installed windows, everything went good. But then i realised i haven´t activted XMP for my memory. So i went to bios, changed that, saved and continued. Display then went dark for like 10 minutes untill i restarted it. After restart i got error that some files of windows are missing. So i powered offf, plugged my USB drive with which i installed windows and went on. But after power on, my screen went just black, no bios options, no boot options. Any idea or suggestion for help?

thx, but my mobo came to me without any jumper for cmos and has no button to clear cmos. How can i do it witout the jumper?

Take the battery out for few seconds

When resetting the CMOS, I usually switch off the PSU, take the battery out, then hold the power button for 30 seconds or so.  That might be overkill, but when I need to reset the CMOS on a PC, it works every time!
