How did you make the bootable USB?

It's weird it complains about an answer file because if it's a completely clean install there shouldn't be one.

Download Windows directly from Microsoft and not from the pirate bay.

 

Use the Media Creation Tool.

Main Rig:-

Downloaded the iso from Microsoft site created the installation usb from Rufus as uefi

Did you boot the usb as UEFI too? if you did, don't. Just boot in normal/legacy mode if that's an option (some pc's don't have that option anymore, annoyingly)

Also just use the media creation tool like @Master Disaster said, i always go that route and never had a single issue with it.

Problem solved booted in legacy mode thanks the usb device which I created through Rufus was set to boot only via uefi
