Need help cannot proceed to last stage of windows installation 

Windows 10 pro fresh installation from usb drive 2019 may update

How did you make the bootable USB?

It's weird it complains about an answer file because if it's a completely clean install there shouldn't be one.

Download Windows directly from Microsoft and not from the pirate bay.

 

Use the Media Creation Tool.

I downloaded the iso from Microsoft official site but created the installation media using Rufus

Check if your USB is big enough. 8GB should do it.

Yes it's 8gb and it is uefi

Did you boot the usb as UEFI too? if you did, don't. Just boot in normal/legacy mode if that's an option (some pc's don't have that option anymore, annoyingly)

Also just use the media creation tool like @Master Disaster said, i always go that route and never had a single issue with it.

Yes I did boot it as uefi drive may be I should try media creation tool

Problem solved booted in legacy mode thanks the usb device which I created through Rufus was set to boot only via uefi
