Go for it but what cpu cooler do you have?

With a third party cooler yes. With a stock cooler maybe not.

If anything overclocking is free like Linus stated.

Sure that'll do good. I would've recommended something like that or a air heatsink from noctua or be quiet.

If you weren't going to OC, you should have bought something cheaper like a Hyper 212+. Go for the overclock!

Go for it! as high as you can go (Without frying your Cpu of course! :P ) Go in small steps and make sure you stability test it with prime 95

With an H100i DO IT. Unless of course your motherboard is junk.

Do it. Even on my Sempron I immediately noticed the difference. Once you OC the balls off your CPU, you will never want to go back to stock speeds. EVER.

I'm curious to find too. All of these people saying that the mobo isn't good for the 8 core AM3+ cpus, I would like to have evidence that the mobo is decent or not.
