Yes you need both and your psu should have the cables. Either attached directly or option if it's modular.

why would you buy 960 when u can get rx 570 4gb.

Yes if your psu dont hae one buy some 450-550w psu which has those.

with 960 u cant exept good gaming performance. (anymore)

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

Probably because the 960 is usually even cheaper
