Good Battery For Wireless Mouse

I'm using Logitech G304/305, this mouse uses AA battery to power itself. What type of AA battery should I use? Should I use the non-rechargeable or the rechargeable one? My goal is to get the most durable, long lasting battery.

I think I prefer a rechargeable battery, should I get a Standard NiMH, Precharged NiMH, or Lithium-ion? Based on my knowledge, Lithium ion is the best type of rechargeable battery, is it complicated to charge lithium ion? Which one is the most beginner friendly yet also long lasting and durable? Thanks.

I bought a starter pack of Panasonic Eneloop rechargeable NiMH batteries about 4 years ago and I've been using them in all my wireless peripherals since (mice and controllers). I highly recommend them as long as your peripherals are fine taking 1.2 V instead of 1.5 V (which is most of them).
