So I wanna ask this

Can defective Pcie Slot on mobo causing no display and gpu fans on 100% at the same time ?

when this happen my chassis power button and reset button not working , so i must turn it off from psu

Basically i dont know what causing the problems.. but i think there's a big chance my mobo is defecive (because when this problems happen , i cant use power button or reset button to shut down the pc) although there is a chance my gpu is at faulty

Detailed problems

1.Monitor turn no signal randomly (yes , like very very randomly)

2.When that happen , my gpu fans spinning realy fast

3.Power On/Off & reset button not working

NOTE : This is not happening because overheating, when im listening to music or watching youtube , this problem happens too...and very randomly occured

also this is not the PSU problems , coz this problem happens before i change my PSU , just bought the PSU recently
