Is this good build for gaming 1080p ++60fps and should I change something?

Do not cheap out on the motherboard for Zen 2 CPU. At least get high end B450. And don't forget that you will need updated Bios for 400 series board in order to work with Zen2.

Main system: Ryzen 7 7800X3D / Asus ROG Strix B650E / G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO 32GB 6000Mhz / Powercolor RX 7900 XTX Red Devil/ EVGA 750W GQ / NZXT H5 Flow

Better board that has bios flashback so you can update without a cpu. Try the stock cpu cooler first before buying an aftermarket one.

What case are you using ?

Do you know few good motherboards for Zen 2 CPU under 150$?

The one in my spec is under that if you are in the USA. Otherwise the B450 Tomahawk is a bit cheaper and is a solid option.
