I would say though I'm not about to go to some sketchy site to copy paste a download hyperlink. Google "Windows XP 64-bit.iso". If I'm not mistaken you can still download it from Microsoft's official website.

I don't think it's piracy. You can not download it from the Microsoft website as far as I'm aware. but you can search "Windows XP 64-bit.iso" just be careful going to shady sites. I would use an existing VM or other pc. That's how I got my xp iso.

When distributing software, you need explicit permission from the author(s) of the software for distribution.
