Pin 16 voltage?

Short 16 and 17 with a paper clip.

Pin 16 will need to be jumped to any black pin below to switch the unit on.

This can be done with a paperclip, twist tie wire, or even a fork, although I'd not suggest using a fork.

Ya I had that diagram, it just didn’t have the actual input needed for pin 16, and ya I’ll pass on the fork lol
