CPU clocks down while at 100% usage.

As you can see from the attached pictures it just drops to 1.70ghz without throttling. It sucks since it happens while gaming. If i Alt-Tab out of a game it increases to 2.35ghz at 65C, so no issue of heat since it dropped to 1.70 at 50C aswell. How do i fix this?

You might be having some power limit throttling which means that the cpu lowers its clocks because it's having some power limit, you can check this by using XTU (download an older version because intel stopped support of mobile processors). If that's not the case it could be VRM throttling where the vrm gets so hot that it down clocks the cpu, check hwinfo64 to be sure (it might not show vrm temps cause your laptop might not have thermal sensors on the vrm) but if hwinfo cant help you you might need to use a thermal gun just to the temps.

Yes. It's between 4 and 6w for your CPU

At the start of the Torture Test, CPU jumps to 10W running at 2.40ghz but then goes down to 6W after 10 secs running at 1.70ghz. Can i do something about this?

It's a 6W TDP that can be configured by tablet manufacturer at 4W

The BIOS may throttle the CPU to stay below 50C ... it may be an attempt to keep the battery from overheating.
