Alright guys, I'm looking to get into playing CS:GO. I know my laptop can run it, here are the specs, 

Intel core i3 4030u

4gb ddr3l 1600mhz

Intel HD 4400

My question is how much average fps would I be getting? Thanks!

I don't know, on an i5 6200U I could only see 60fps on 720p all low... the i3 4030U might struggle too much.

I actually own a laptop with an i3 4030U and it runs CS:GO decently. I get around 35-40fps at 720p low settings.

@_StrikE_ I need the admin password to run steam setup, and my dad isn't answering my phone calls, so I can't ask him and download it. @Princess Luna, I am getting a new laptop with the core i5 5010u, so that should help some. @XR6 if I do 720P low on a 5010u core i3, what fps would I see then? Thanks all?

I think you'd probably get about 40-50fps.
